Concrete Construction is a second generation company
founded by Wesley Hall, Walter Flowers and John T Jackson.
in 1958. In the early years, HFJ focused on residential
and small commercial jobs performed by trained union
workers. The three owners had shhared the business philosohy..."do
every job with quality and do it right the first time."
Hiram Hall, son of Wesley Hall has continued to carry
on the tradition of excellence that has been in place
for over forty years. Hiram has operated the business
since 1998 and under his vision and commitment to quality,
the company has continued to grow. His focus on creating
alliances, iinvesting in new technology and putting
his customers first has enabled HFJ to become the premiere
